Mission: To reduce the number of homeless cats in the shreveport-bossier community and surrounding areas by providing trapping services and transporation to spay/neuter clinic. To assist low income caregivers in providing proper nutrituition for their cats. To provide funds, trapping and transportation for emergency veterianarian treatment. To rescue trapped or injured cats.
Programs: Sb ccap provided trap-neuter-vaccinate return services to 433 feral/stray cats.
sb ccap has assisted 17 colonies by providing cat food for their low income caregivers.
sb ccap has assisted 44 cats in medical emergencies including embedded collars, gunshot wound, infected wounds, eye injuries difficult neuters not performed by our spay neuters clinic and other illnesses including respiratory infections.
