Mission: The society's mission is to acquire natural areas and wildlife habitat, to preserve, protect and enhance biodiversity, to restore native ecosystems, to offer field trips, prairie tours and natural historic and cultural programs at wolf road prairie and the prairie house, to promote a connection to nature through the arts, and to work to restore the historic prairie house as a nature center and museum.
