Mission: To create and preserve affordable ownership opportunities for working families that are otherwise priced out of the expensive real estate market in san diego county.
Programs: The san diego community land trust (sdclt) continues to make significant progress toward providing 25 3 and 4 bedroom ownership homes that will be permanently affordable to low and moderate income families in lemon grove and san diego. Sdclt is also working with san diego habitat for humanity to provide 3 ownership homes affordable to low income families in national city and is working with at least one developer to assume stewardship of income restricted homes being developed.
