Programs: Saint thomas midtown hospital provides a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient cardiac, orthopedic, neurosciences, women's health and cancer services. During the fiscal year ending june 30, 2017, saint thomas midtown hospital recognized $338m from surgeries, $111m from labor & delivery, $134m from the joint replacement institute and $76m from emergency department services. Also, saint thomas midtown hospital provides a substantial portion of its services to the elderly and poor. During the fiscal year ending june 30, 2017, 41. 4% of the value of services rendered was to elderly patients under the medicare program, and approximately 19. 2% of the value of the services was provided to patients who were deemed indigent under state, county, or saint thomas midtown hospital guidelines.
