safe passage: provides shelter, skills training, and supportive services to homeless youth between the ages of eighteen and twenty-one for a continious period not to exceed eighteen months. The primary focus is to help older homeless youth achieve self-sufficiency and avoidlong-trem dependancy on social services. Clients served: 9
