Mission: The mission of the sacramento american native health center is to carry out the legacy of a healthy american indian and alaskan native community based on cultural values delivered through traditional, measurable, transformational, innovative, accessible and self-sufficient systems of health care.
Programs: The sacramento native american health center provides primary medical care, comprehensive dental care, counseling services (individual, group, and family) substance abuse counseling, women's health, youth services, nutrition and diabetes care, perinatal care, hiv/aids prevention and care, and home visitation services for at-risk native american women and children. In 2016 the health center completed a project to more than double the clinical capacity, and expand its healthcare offerings to the community.
