Mission: The Restorative Justice Resources Council was founded as a 501(c)(3) organization in 1997. Its primary activity has been educational support and providing college scholarships to probationers in Arizona who complete their GED. The Council also donates funds for community revitalization projects, conducted in cooperation with probation departments and other neighborhood organizations.
