Mission: Restoration of life ministries was founded in 1999. Pastor George L. Fleming III is the ministries founder and non-profit Director. Our purpose is to care for the homeless, needy, and most importantly those plagued by the digital divide. We realize these sometimes over looked citizens in our inner city communities need our understanding, our love, and the hope that can come only from the Lord.
