urban agricultute: resource center produces fresh, naturally grown vegetables, while at the same time educating the community about the importance of a healthy food system through lectures, demonstrations, volunteer days, and after school programs with neighborhood students.
perishable food recovery: resource center retrieves healthy, unsold food from sources such as grocery stores and farmers markets, and then redistributes it to food pantries and shelters.
