Mission: The corporation is organized exclusively for, and shall be operated exclusively for educational, scientific, and charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as now in effect or as may hereafter be amended. Resolve uganda is a charitable organization dedicated to (1) educating the public about conflict in africa, including the war that was first initiated by the lord's resistance army in uganda, and contributing toward peace and reconciliation in the region; and (2) promoting international development and providing humanitarian assistance to those who are disadvantaged and distressed, including those affected by natural and man-made disasters.
Programs: Support efforts to promote peace in central africa by engaging in dialogue with partners working in the region and serving as a fiscal sponsor on projects promoting the protection of civilians in armed conflict.
