Mission: RBCA is working to address a glaring need for improved arts and cultural offerings within the city of Westlake, Ohio and its neighboring communities. We?re doing this by planning and funding the restoration of the ?Old Red Brick? schoolhouse, a nearly century old building in the center of our community, and creating for it, a new purpose as a multi-disciplinary arts center.
