Mission: To provide quality, affordable, behavorial health services to under- privileged area residents with substance abuse disorders. These services inlcude abuse detoxification, residential treatment, outpatient treatment, individual/family counseling and psychiatric services. The goal of these services is to promote healing, growth and recovery.
