Mission: To provide safe and healthly housing for low income homeowners.
Programs: At rebuilding together montgomery county ("rtmc"), we bring volunteers and communities together to improve the homes and lives of low-income homeowners. We pursue our mission by providing free critical home repairs, energy efficiency upgrades, and accessibility modifications to montgomery county's most vulnerable residents - the elderly, individuals with disabilities, disabled veterans, and families living with young children. Our largest accomplishments include making more than 350 home visits to completely renovate the homes of our clients. These services directly impact our neighbors in need and our neighborhoods, by preserving affordable housing, preventing homelessness and providing more stable communities across montgomery county, maryland.
