Causes: Animals, Wildlife Preservation & Protection
Mission: The quail coalition was formed to fund research in order to preserve, maintain and restore upland game habitat and wildlife throughout the southwest region of the united states. As part of this continuing effort, the quail coalition big covey chapter, inc. Encourages and educates children in the preservation and support of wildlife habitat and migratory birds so that both may continue to flourish in the years to come.
Programs: The organization held a membership education event that featured a presentation from an expert on wildlife preservation who provided information and insight on the current state of the quail population in north texas. This event was held in conjunction with the annual fundraising banquet and auction.
the organization provided funding to various organizations to support research projects on the quail population and habitat in north texas and southern oklahoma.
