Whether by chance or fate, I met Diane K. through a popular writing contest. She offered more encouragement and feedback than other participants, and helped me improve my writing skills. It was not until the contest was over, that I learned Diane was a member of Quabbin Quills. I followed them on Facebook, observing the support members gave to one another. A few months later, Diane reached out, encouraging me to submit a short story for possible inclusion in their upcoming anthology. To my surprise, two were accepted! Without question, Diane demonstrates the mission and goals of this non-profit organization. To express my appreciation, I made a donation to Quabbin Quills, and hope many others will do the same.
