Programs: Pueblo Diversified Industries (PDI) is dedicated to empowering individuals with diverse abilities by offering a range of person-centered programs that foster independence, personal growth, and community integration. Our heartfelt commitment is reflected in the following services: Day Program: Our Day Program provides a supportive environment where individuals can engage with peers and enhance their social, cognitive, and motor skills. Participants enjoy activities such as cooking, gardening, art, and exercise, both on-site and in the community, tailored to their interests and goals. Vocational Services: PDI's Vocational Services are designed to help individuals develop work skills and achieve employment. Our Pre-Vocational Program offers communication, decision-making, and problem-solving training, preparing participants for competitive employment. We also collaborate with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to assess skills and provide job placement and coaching through our Supported Employment Program. Residential Services: Understanding the importance of a stable and supportive living environment, PDI offers Residential Services that promote maximum independence. Our Host Home program matches individuals with caring families, fostering a sense of belonging and community integration. Living arrangements are personalized to meet each person's preferences and needs. Supported Community Connections (SCC): The SCC Program aims to provide the necessary health and safety support for individuals to lead meaningful lives within their communities. Through regular outings and activities, participants build relationships and access community resources, enhancing their quality of life. Supported Living Services: For those living independently, our Supported Living Services offer assistance with daily activities, ensuring individuals can maintain their independence while receiving the support they need to thrive.
