As of december 31, 2014, 7,900 beds were available to residents who also received enrichment through counseling, tutoring and other activities, services and programs.
in 2014, the senior living resources division consists of 402 units. The senior living resources division offered activities, services and programs to meet the special needs of the aged and elderly, including housing and healthcare, within an environment that promotes the dignity and independence of the residents.
as of december 31, 2014, the affordable housing division consists of 2 properties with 280 units. Approximately 40% of these units are available for residents who earn 60% or less of the area median income. Examples of programs that can be offered to the residents of the facilities are health, social and education support groups, food and nutrition classes, and job readiness training.
