I am baby #131 to be Rescued from abandonment by Project Cuddle. Project Cuddle jumped in and helped my birthmother find a Rescue family to adopt me as I was born premature and head health conditions. Without Project Cuddle's help I would most likely been abandoned or gone into the foster care system. I am so thankful to Debbe and now volunteer for the organization. I am now a mother of two beautiful children and am completing my degrees in Social Work and Business Administration. I am so blessed to have been touched by Project Cuddle, just like so many others have been helped as well. So thankful to Project Cuddle for the amazing work they do to Rescue babies form abandonment and help pregnant women in crisis!

Helping a young lady with her pregnancy is something one can do out of generosity. Gaining a child is something one can never replace nor can one find such joy for a lifetime of experiences. Project Cuddle enabled me to have a daughter I thought I would never have. The value of this non-profit can’t be put into words. But if you contribute or join in the effort you will be hard pressed to find a better reward

Project cuddle came across my Facebook page one day. My husband and I read through their page and fell in love with them. We got our homestudy completed and emailed project cuddle. Their volunteer that answers the emails is always so nice and helpful. Debbe had some adjustments for our brochure and her assistant let us know right away. We have only signed up with them because we believe in their cause. We love all of their work and couldn't think of a better thing to be involved in. We are a waiting rescue family

I am so touched by the work Project Cuddle does to help prevent baby abandonment through assistance and education. I give through my paycheck through United Way as well as doing a fundraiser online for my birthday. No baby deserves to be left behind.

Project Cuddle is an incredible nonprofit. Debbe (the Founder and Volunteer CEO) has saved so many babies from the fate of abandonment, or worse, and all of those babies have gone on the lead truly wonderful lives with their Birthmom or their Rescue Family. This is an amazing nonprofit that everyone needs to hear about and share with others. The more people who know about this nonprofit, the more little lives can be saved!

This nonprofit is a truly incredible one! With at least 837 babies saved so far, Debbe Magnusen works tirelessly to try and locate and save all the babies she possibly can with the help of her generous donors and just a few volunteers.

She works with women and young girls to do everything she can to help them either keep their babies, or help legally and safely place them in a loving, forever-home, of the Birthmom's choosing.

Volunteering with this nonprofit has been a truly incredible and heartwarming experience and I just know that the more people who learn about this cause, the more people will want to help out by donating or volunteering their time.

Project Cuddle is working hard to bring back the adoption trauma and coercion the Baby Scoop Era made famous. Preying on women when they are at their most vulnerable and promising to seal and expunge documents only helps adopters who want to pretend their adoptees are their natural born children. Denying adoptees access to their birth information, medical histories, and cultural ties is despicable and cruel beyond measure.

Debbe is one of the most wonderful people in the world! I've known her since she started caring for foster kids, collected stuffed animals for the policemen and women to give kids taken out of their homes and sent to Orangewood. A dear friend's daughter was concealing her pregnancy. Debbe met with the mom and daughter within a few hours, brought the notebook of potential adoptive parents and everything changed from that moment. The delivery of a healthy boy happened 6 weeks later. The adoptive parents were thrilled and came to the hospital to pick up their son. The young lady went on with her life. Her mom continues to stay in touch with her grandson and the parents. Debbe is a miracle worker for babies, mom and grandparents!

I was 21 at the time when I got pregnant, came from a strict conservative family that wasn’t to supportive of my situation. My boyfriend & I had fought because he wanted me to end my pregnancy, ironically he passed away 15 days before my daughter was born. I was alone & saw a talk show where they were featuring this program, I was so alone & scared that I called just to have someone to talk to. Giving up my daughter was not an option for me & I was offered comfort & company throughly remainder of my pregnancy. I was very fortunate to have received a huge baby shower from someone who was looking to help a scared mom as myself. I knew from that moment on I wasn’t alone I had more than I could possibly imagine of ever having & more support from so many strangers that cared so much about my daughter’s well being. It was a huge turning point for me thanks to everything that was done for me & my daughter I knew that even against all odds we were going to be ok. Looking back on the past 19yrs I know that of it wasn’t for this organization I would’ve been lost, Debbie & her heart of gold have helped numerous people in unimaginable ways & she truly is an inspiration & will always be an angel to me.

Almost 14 years ago my beautiful daughter came to me through Project Cuddle after I had lost 5 babies. I was so impressed by the support they offer the women, whether or not they chose to parent. They also were so supportive and helpful to me as the adoptive mom, even helping us with housing for the 2 weeks we had to stay in CA before the courts allowed us to come home to CO. And they do all this without asking anything in return, and in an industry that is big bucks and doesn't always have the best interest of the bio mom at heart and that costs so much it prohibits so many deserving families from being able to adopt. We have made lifelong friends and connections!

Bill May, RIP, was a faithful supporter of Project Cuddle and introduced this wonderful charity to everybody he touched. At a Project Cuddle fundraiser, one of the saved babies shared her moving story. I hope that all will look up Skyler James, who, as a baby, was abandoned in a cemetery and miraculously found by a firefighter. A storybook ending awaits. That story is just one testimonial to the tireless efforts of Project Cuddle founder, Debbe Magnusen, who has dedicated her life to bringing about legislation to protect those who have no voice and to care for the mothers who are scared and have no one to turn to in difficult times.

I worked with Debbie YEARS ago...We had yard sales to raise money to help mothers and save babies. I love Debbie...the compassion she showed for this cause was beyond heartwarming. Thank you Debbie for making such an important difference for an innocent child. Carol Fant

Project Cuddle is very unique in the sense that the organization is not only dedicated to providing safe & legal alternatives to baby abandonment, but they are also leading the charge in gaining awareness for this nationwide epidemic. Baby abandonment is something that is overlooked my many. Debbe Magnusen has spent the greater part of her life serving alternatives to women with unwanted pregnancies. Every baby deserves a chance and Project Cuddle is doing as much as they can to keep hope alive for the babies who are intentionally discarded. More Americans need to be aware of Debbe’s life saving efforts. Many happy families have been built as a result. Because of the work that Project Cuddle does, more than 725 babies have rescued from demise. With more help from Project Cuddle, women will always have a discreet and safe place to drop off a baby with no questions asked. Thank you to the Project Cuddle Team for all of the tireless work they do!

We were blessed with an amazing baby and have a wonderful relationship with our birthmom all due to Project Cuddle.
Our birthmother was alone, scare, homeless when she found out she was pregnant. She found Project Cuddle on Facebook and reached out for help. Debbe and her staff rescued our birthmother from being homeless, found shelter, medical care, food, clothing, emotional support, and love.
These were all the things that our birthmother confident and proud of her decision for adoption for her baby.
Without this amazing organization and all the angels behind them this baby might have ended up abandoned and the birthmother in jail.
