Mission: To make a positive impact on individuals and families faced with the lifetime challenges of disability, by providing services enabling them to remain in their home and an active part of their community.
Programs: Promote issues pertaining to accessibility to funding sources and services for people facing lifetime challenges due to disability. Assist persons with lifetime challenges to continue in home environments with their independence and assist them in making postive contributions to society. Educate persons with lifetime challenges on programs and assets available to them to overcome challenges. Promote a unified family environment and a stable support system allowing them to function as a viable family unit.
