I contacted Places due to about to be homeless. Man i talked to said i have to be homeless or they can't help me. Looking at what they claim to do on the internet i had my mental health counselor contact them as a referral. The man said my counselor never contacted him. My counselor is very determined and dedicated to helping others, therefore I believe my counselor over the man at Places.
