Mission: Pennsylvania one call system, inc. Is organized and operates pursuant to the provisions of 73 p. S. Sec. 176 et. Seq. , which delineates our structure, obligations, and certain other annual reporting requirements to the auditor general of pennsylvania and the pa general assembly.
Programs: Pennsylvania one call system, inc. Operates a statewide one-call system to receive notification prior to excavation or prior to any activity that may damage underground facilities, and to relay the notification to the organization's members in order to reduce dig-in damages, periods of utility service disruptions and the risk of injury to excavators and the public.
