PAGER has been so valuable to me when two of my children had reflux as infants. The resources are excellent and the forums provide support just when you need it most.

The support group of the PAGER forums were crictical in helping me manage my son's GERD and the impacts it had on the rest of the family. The members gave me the education and support I needed to be the best advocate possible for my son. Knowledge is power. No 2 doctors will treat GERD the same way. It as helpful to know what type of medical treatments other children were getting. What worked.. and what did not. It gave me options to recommend to my son's physician and allowed me to do a lot of troubleshooting on my own.

PAGER has been a source of emotional support, technical information and very helpful advice in my life since the birth of my son four years ago. He suffered from pneumonia shortly after he was born, and it took weeks of my own research to come to understand that he was suffering from GERD and had aspirated. The volunteers and other parents on the PAGER forums helped me understand the symptoms I was seeing, develop a pertinent list of questions to ask physicians, gave me valuable advice about treatment, and have been with us throughout this long journey of life with reflux. In addition to the above mentioned assistance and help, having a place to go where I know the other parents on the forum understand the complexities and ups and downs of having a child with GERD has been truly a lifesaver for me.
