Programs: The mental health program provides a family centered therapeutic focus, utilizing family centered assessments and treatment including individual, family and group therapy and case management in outpatient, school and community settings to address serious and chronic mental health disorders. Pathway employs various therapeutic and educational interventions, modalities and appropriate self-help referrals while maintaining respect for socio-cultural values, personal goals, lifestyle choices, and complex family interactions and promotes the freedom of choice among therapeutic alternatives.
pathway caring for children is a private-agency provider of foster care services for carroll, columbiana, cuyahoga, medina, stark, summit, tuscarawas, wayne, and surrounding counties. Services include specialized/treatment foster care for children who have emotional and/or behavioral problems and cannot live with their own families,respite services in a foster home, and family services designed to support birth and adoptive families with special needs children. Services provided to children and families also include case management, linkage to appropriate services, one on one support, and independent living skills.
