Mission: Paco community development a nj nonprofit corporation (the organization) was organized exclusively for charitable purpose under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The organization will look to finance and purchase under-developed properties that can provide affordable housing and attract homeowners into deteriorating neighborhoods and provide help to local communities in need. They will cooperate with government agencies and community groups to attract new businesses to the area and to provide stable sources of decent affordable housing in the area.

Programs: Community outreachthe paco cdc sponsored the following program events to spur community awareness of their impending mission:three kings - a yearly event held at st mary's (a local church) to celebrate a spanish cultural event (epiphany) and to give gifts to children. We had up to six hundred children and adults of the community attend in past years. Paco cdc runs this event and purchases gifts and refreshments. Also, people from the community dress up and reenact the birth of jesus. Paco relief program- a fund that was established to help after the hurricane destroyed puerto rico last year. Paco collected goods and shipped them to pr to help those who lost homes and did not have necessities. Jersey city pr heritage- a parade and festival held each year to celebrate the puerto rican culture. They have children dress up in traditional clothes, there is a large parade and the paco cdc sponsors a float and supports their dinner dance as well. Other community operations

bayonne projectduring 2017, the organization consented to purchase property located in bayonne, nj with a deposit of $500,000. The property was to house programs and to build on the existing school structure that existed at the property.
