Mission: The purpose of the owatonna arts center foundation shall be to provide ongoing financial support to the owatonna arts center to allow it to pursue its mission in the owatonna communicty and surrounding area. It shall operate independently of the owatonna arts center.
Programs: The organization exists primarily to support the activities of the owatonna arts center, inc. All grants paid to the owatonna arts center for for additioanls to the permanent art collection , equipment and/or to further physical improvements.
