Mission: To operate an independent, non-sectarian, teacher-parent cooperative, early childhood school bringing together children and their families through the use of financial assistance, school functions, and mutual encouragement, to create in each child an appreciation of the world.
Programs: Large amounts of varied material and equipment are pivotal for the educational curriculum of our school. The school supplies materials for the interest of children in order that a childs educational needs be fulfilled. During the 2017-2018 school year the children were able to: 1) explore, climb, and play using our expanded constructed playground equipment which consists of a multitude of wooden cubes bolted together in various configurations permitting children to develop large and small muscle groups in challenging and creative ways; 2) continue to create using a variety of art supplies and materials including tempura paints, watercolor, markers for bookkmaking. This year our school applied for and was awarded an echo grant to improve our outdoor classroom. We believe these few illustrations underscore the high level of commitment to children. There were 22 children enrolled representing 18 families.
