Mission: Orchard ministry development exists to cultivate long-term funding for the orchard church, unlocking the bible, and the orchard network ministries by inspiring and educating existing and potential donors in current impact and legacy giving. By making use of innovative giving and estate strategies, omd enables donors to have the greatest possible impact as they support these ministries god has placed on their heart.
Programs: Orchard ministry development educates donors about wise strategies in giving planned gifts. These strategies include gifts through wills and trusts, and gifts of non-cash items such as stock or through ira rmds. It delivers this education by holding 5 to 6 events per year, omd also mails and emails educational information on how to give charitable gifts through these means. Finally omd representatives speak at donor events, to non-profit ministries of the orchard, and to individuals regarding these gifting strategies.
