Joyce Koons Honda Buick GMC in Manassas gave away a car fitted with hand controls to veteran Cedric King on June 5, 2018. This was coordinated by the Northern Virginia Veterans Association after being contacted by Joyce Koons. They were able to put it out on their social media sites and reach out to their networks to get the word out.
Master Sergeant Cedric King said, “I am incredibly thankful to the Joyce Koons dealership for their incredible kindness! I am a veteran who served as an infantryman and has stood in the gap for our country, it’s great to see that my country is doing the same for me.”
NOVA Veterans does everything they can to help our community's veterans and this is only one example of the amazing work they do.
