Divine Mercy Home's values are faith, hope, and love in the delivery of care in the home. I have heard testimonials of family members whose loved ones have been cared for by nursing assistants, nurses, and physicians associated with and referred by this organization. All are glowing reviews. We are blessed to have such wonderful women and men who provide care in the home to our seniors and to others who are homebound with medical conditions in our community.

As a parishioner of Holy Trinity in Manassas, VA and a board member of Divine Mercy Home, I can attest that this ministry has been a blessing to me and I know it has been a blessing to many people who have been helped by the hands of God working through us his humble instruments, thanks be to God, we have helped the elderly, the home bound, the sick and the dying. I believe it has been planned by God and He has chosen people who have been brought together by the Holy Spirit to help the elderly, downcast, sick and the dying. God is looking out for the needs of His children. I pray many souls will be touched by this beautiful and so needed ministry! God is good! We give thanks to Jesus and ask his Blessed Mother to keep us in her loving arms and Saint Joseph to wrap his cloak of protection around us, to continue with this great ministry! May God direct us to accomplish his Divine Will! Amen! I include a picture of a talk given by nurse Sandy, nursing assistant Claudia and your servant nurse Ileana on Death and Dying at St Andrew’s Catholic Church in Clifton, Va on Jan 2024, for seniors of this church, organized by our dear Barbara Remington, who is also part of our board. TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!

Divine Mercy Home was incorporated on Divine Mercy Sunday, 2020 during the height of the COVID 19 pandemic while providing care in our home for our own mother. Although providing end of life care for a loved one can be one of the most challenging seasons in one’s life, it is also one of the highest honors that this life can entail with Jesus, The Divine Mercy guiding and directing. Nobody is meant to carry this task alone and through prayer and trust, God is present in unity, community, and love.

It is an honor to be a part of this life-affirming organization and to work alongside so many wonderful and authentic Christians in this mission of light, love, and trust.
