I always see people donating and this organization doing a lot of fundraising but there is no filed IRS statement for this non profit! I can see on you Facebook people donating thousands of dollars for vet bills and providing food from wishlist, I also see car shows with people paying for admission, basket raffles, pinup shows, calendar sales, contests, Irish dance instruction, adoption events, straight donations and a big end of year even gallery all creating revenue of over $50,000.00 but no 990 filing? In NYS you have to show where you are using your donations and is definitely a requirement. This charity also collects donations under an alias without a 501 (c) 3 attached to it that seems like tax evasion. All non profits collecting donations or grants should have to be transparent because we the members of the public should be able to see exactly where our hard earned money is being spent to ensure it’s not to pay a boards salary instead of it intended purpose on which it was donated. This non profit does good things for the animals but I would like to see exactly where donated money is being spent before I even consider donating especially since I always see pleas for donations.
