Causes: Military & Veterans Organizations, Veterans
Programs: Fifty percent (50%): identifying and creating opportunities for collaboration between key stakeholders from military, industry, and government that improves the lives of our nation's veterans. This will be done on an ongoing basis by the board of directors and by individuals contracted to lead north carolina veterans foundation initiatives. Thirty percent (30%): working with senior military officers, industry executives, and elected officials at the state and national level to promote programs that broaden access to services for veterans. This includes being a resource for apolitical and unbiased descriptions of veterans' most pressing post-service needs and the most promising ways to address them.
