Mission: To improve the quality of life and housing in problem neighborhoods. Provide educational and activities to better the community economic and social environment. Forcus is hud housing counseling services, foreclosure prevention, homeownership counseling, and housing resources.
Programs: National foreclosure mitigation counseling program, cook county mortgage foreclosure mediation program, and illinois hardest hit fund homeowner emergency loan program provide comprehensive default/foreclosure counseling and education to homeowners within the city of chicago. Funded by illinois housing development authority
homeownership counseling services and technical assistance to community develops and supports low income housing in the community. Provide hud and fha counseling, foreclosure prevention,counseling, and housing services to community residents. Housing resourcecenter provide counseling to retain residents who can no longer afford to live in the community. Provide educational informational workshops to bothtenants and landlords. Funded by the city of chicago dept of housing cdbg grant and arra grant.
