Mission: The Center of International Learning (CIL) was founded in 1985 by its international partners in the Philippines, Germany and USA and was created for the purpose of increasing international understanding and promoting peace and justice. The Center of International Learning works with grassroots groups and provides cross-cultural experiential learning opportunities, dialogue on issues among people of different perspectives, analysis of structural injustice with an emphasis on searching for solutions and the documentation and communication of learning. The dialogue encourages groups to analyze their own situations from an international perspective and enables new possibilities for mutual understanding and cooperation.
