Mission: Development of the alternative energy technologies were begun in Cambodia in 1968 by a group of high school students, before the countryside destroyed by the war , over run by Khmere Rouge (Killing Fields). The group's sole surviver, Mr Dara Cheng escaped and moved to United States as a refugee in early 1970.He lived and worked in San Diego,CA. He put all the technologies to work, combined with his mechanical engineering skill and knowledge of internal combustion engines and emission controls. We now have working prototype systems to demonstrate that the internal combustion engine works with water as an alternative fuel, free of pollution.
