Mission: MPACA, Inc. grew out of the need to introduce and reinforce the values of African culture which contribute to building and reinforcing family, and community structure. Specifically African culture serves as a means for African Americans, as well as, Africans throughout the world to define, defend, and develop themselves to higher position of Cultural and Sociopolitical Awareness. Additional inclusive methods promote Physical Education/Development, Music Education/Expression and Performing Arts as a tool for personal growth and public cultural education.
