Mission: The morris jeff community school's mission is to create a top-quality, open-access public school serving the bayou st. John and mid city neighborhoods in the city of new orleans, which will become one of the most innovative and successful schools in the country.
Programs: Morris jeff community school serves 880 students in pre-kindergarten through ninth grade. Mjcs will add a grade every year until reaching capacity at twelth grade. The school is a primary years programme(pyp) and middle years programme(myp) authorized school of the international baccalaureate organization. These are schools that share a common philosophy- a commitment to high quality, challenging international education that morris jeff community school believes is important for our students.
