Mission: Florida Keys Council of the Arts is the local arts agency for the Florida Keys and Key West. The mission of FKCA is to advance the creative development and promotion of the arts in our cultural community by providing excellence in leadership, advocacy, education and financial support for artists, cultural organizations, and citizens of Monroe county. FKCA promotes all the arts in the Florida Keys - visual, performing, literary, cultural, and historical arts and their display.
Programs: We make grants to individual artists and cultural organizations located in the Florida Keys. We publish a Cultural Calendar, Gallery Guide, and a web site at www.keysarts.com. We offer a secluded artist residency, manage Arts in Public Places and sponsor workshops for individual artists and arts organizations.
