I love this museum! I discovered it when I first moved to San Diego and have been active as a member and volunteer ever since. I really enjoy world art and crafts and good museums, and find this one a real jewel. I think the staff is terrific, the setting and exhibitions are first class, the events are fun and interesting, and the museum store is beautiful. As a past development director for nonprofits, I was asked to serve on their development committee and am actively helping with their Legacy Circle program and appreciation event.
