Mission: The purposes of the mpsa are to promote the professional study and teaching of political science, to facilitate communications between those engaged in such study, and to develop standards for and encourage research in theoretical and practical political problems.
Programs: Annual national political science conference for the purpose of presenting research findings, publications, and roundtable discussions of topical areas. Donated space was received from the university of texas at dallas. Reduced fees were received from the palmer house hotel. These program expenses also include expenses directly related to membership services.
