I’ve had the pleasure of being involved with the Lakota Language Consortium for eight years and can confidently say that this organization does an outstanding job of fulfilling its mission of supporting and promoting the Lakota language. The LLC has a long and impressive track record of working with Native language education in second-language and immersion teacher training and materials development. It’s great to support such a competent and energetic group.
