Mission: To promote and foster the different cultures of midland county and to provide for the maintenance of midland county horshoe arena.
Programs: Hold annual county fair to promote the culture of the area. Approximately 6,000 people attended to view exhibits and livestock. Any net revenue from the fair is split with the county of midland net of a reserve for operating expenses. The remainder after the reserve and split is contributed to area causes.
