Was organized on july 1, 2003 as a georgia non-stock, nonprofit corporation for the purpose of constructing and operating a rental housing project under section 202 of the housing act of 1959. Such projects are regulated by hud as to rent charges and operating methods. The project consists of 30 units located in pembroke, georgia and is currently operating under the name of mcfadden place apartments.
