Mission: Menlo Players Guild (MPG) was founded in 1940 in San Francisco peninsula and is one of the oldest community theatre company of California. MPG is entirely comprised of volunteers and supports itself entirely through ticket sales, grants and the generosity of theatre patrons like you. MPG has been operating for the past five years as a nomad theatre company after demolition of the playhouse in Menlo Park. MPG's mission is to create and provide excellent performing arts productions in an environment that welcomes and encourages all members of the community to participate in and learn about theatre, regardless of their experience level, age, or background. It is MPG?s goal to ensure that all members of our community have access to the art, culture, ideas, and skills that theatre offers to its audience and its creators.
Programs: Menlo Players Guild (MPG) has brought over xxx productions since its creation. For the past 7th year has brought the community the acclaimed outdoor FREE Shakespeare Festival.
