Mission: To improve the economic and social conditions of the business district and provide safe and clean environment for the general public,including students, employees, business owners, and property owners in the district.
Programs: To improve the safety and maintain clean streets, sidewalks, and common areas, including street lighting for the benefit of the general public. To encourage citizens in the district to work, shop, and bring new business to the area.
