Mission: Support and enhance the learning environment at lowry elementary school
Programs: The pto contributes funds to the school to pay for teachers salaries that would otherwise not be in the regular budget from the state legislature and the school district (awaiting billing from district)
after-school enrichment activities to give educational opportunities to students with programs not otherwise included in the normal curriculums or other standard school programs
out of town science camp for fourth graders to give them an opportunity for out of town travel, and intensive outdoor science learning
