Causes: Economic Development
Mission: To provide support for projects of benefit to the lompoc valley in order to provide and maintain consistently high quality educational, cultural and charitable opportunities for the members of the community served by the lompoc valley chamber of commerce
Programs: Lompoc valley in bloom is a program dedicated to the beautification of lompoc. The program consists of planting & maintaining floral displays, landscaping, trash collection, environmental resource management and local heritage recognition and development. Volunteers of all ages, abilities and talents participate in the projects.
ostini scholarship: one scholarship given at $500 each to college bound qualifing high school seniors showing exceptional leadership, community activiy involvement and academic accomplishments. Criteria standard set by the board of leadership lompoc valley with ackowledgment from the ostini family.
wine trail - the foundation provided signs throughout the community to assist in the promotion of the wine business in the lompoc valley for residents and visitors.
village dirtbags bicycles for kids - assisted in raising funds to provide bicycles to needy children and youth in the lompoc valley.
ecomomic alliance- to survey and develop ideas and direction for north santa barbara county which includs the wine industry, education, oil & tourism in the community.
airman's appreciation- appreciation bbq to honor the military serving at vafb.
