Educating life insurance policy holders of the option of obtaining more value for their policy than otherwise would be available from the issuing life insurance carrier. Promoting the use of institutional financing in the life settlement industry. Supporting laws and regulations that foster the use of institutional financing thus preventing fraudulent or dishonest life settlement transactions.
Programs: To promote the benefits of life settlement in the united states by creating, disseminating and organizing research and information on the life settlement industry. To educate and promote the life settlement industry to both state and federal legislature and to advocate the enactment of legislation and policies favorable to the life settlement industry.
