Mission: Vision and Mission We envision a world where all students, especially those from marginalized backgrounds, have access to liberatory schools that center racial justice and a global perspective. In this new reality, school systems allocate resources towards experiential learning opportunities and social-emotional growth, cultivating bold imaginations and providing students with the necessary resources and relationships to achieve their dreams. We partner with schools and young people to co-design liberatory learning experiences, affirm Black and Brown identities, and dismantle bias and oppression within educational settings. We are laser-focused on supporting middle and high schools committed to deconstructing policies and systems that perpetuate racism.
Results: Impact on the Community Through our programming, students will undergo a significant transformation in how they perceive themselves and their roles in their educational settings. In our latest cohort, 97% of students reported feeling a stronger sense of belonging and a heightened belief in their ability to effect change in their schools. Our programs foster leadership and advocacy in our youth. Simultaneously, 100% of participating teachers noted enhanced teaching practices that embedded anti-racist approaches, creating classrooms where all students feel valued and supported
