I was considered a volunteer they “could always count on” and came on a regular basis and helped with all dogs with behavior issues. I was there for almost 1.5 years and was promoted twice. I never thought when I started I would be writing a review like this but after they euthanized 9 dogs at one time and multiple times dogs have been euthanized on a regular basis I got to the point where I had to speak up. The dogs that are euthanized are not all aggressive and many just need extra work and I personally saw their growth and then the next day they were euthanized. I know while I was there they struggled to just get dogs out for a walk let alone additional training beyond what volunteers did so I completely believe that the majority of the dogs that were euthanized didn’t have even have a chance. As a volunteer who personally connected with these dogs I had to share my feelings. I no longer am there because I shared these feelings and they said I can not return, but my heart breaks for the dogs still there and those that were euthanized.
