This nonprofit was established in 2004 by Dr. Jose-Luis Ruiz and other caring volunteers. The purpose and existence of this organization is to help increase the number of Latinos entering dental school, dental hygiene school and to support international dentists in their efforts to revalidate their US and California licese. This is an organization that provides scholarships and mentorship to students from all six California dental schools in a competitive application process.
